Dougie Hamilton Undergoes Surgery on Left Leg
Don Waddell, President and General Manager of the National Hockey League's Carolina Hurricanes, today announced that Hurricanes defenseman Dougie Hamilton today underwent successful surgery to repair a fractured fibula in his left leg. The procedure was performed by Dr. Kevin Logel at Raleigh Orthopaedic, and Hamilton is out indefinitely.
